Concept Construction Corporation, (Construction Manager) has begun to erect the initial steel framework for what will soon become one of Western New York’s premier hotels. Located on the former site of Stereo Advantage at 5195 Main Street, the mixed used hotel and upscale apartment’s construction began this past April and is expected to be completed by the winter of 2013.With foundations now in place, the construction’s focus has shifted to the more than 650 tons of steel beams and girder slabs currently being erected in preparation for the next phase, which is the exterior masonry walls.
