October 2025 – Cheektowaga, NY – Concept Construction Corp. is proud to announce its selection as General Contractor and construction partner for Kalra Enterprises. With multiple Tim Hortons locations across Western New York, Kalra Enterprises continues to build on its success by engaging one of the region’s premier commercial contractors.

Concept Construction hired to build next two Sport Clips HAIRCUTS locations in WNY

July 23, 2025 – Concept Construction Corp. is proud to announce its newest partnership with Sport Clips Haircuts, the nation’s leading haircare provider for men and boys. With more than 1,850 locations in the U.S. and Canada, the brand continues to expand its MVP experience nationwide.

“The opportunity to work with such an established and successful franchisor is an exciting prospect,” said Vince Ricotta, Vice President of Business Development at Concept Construction. “The relationship just felt right from the first day we met.”

Together, Concept Construction and Sport Clips will build out the new locations in Cheektowaga and Niagara Falls, NY and ensure each store reflects the personality and attitude of the local sports scene. In addition, each location will feature custom barber chairs with a foot-and-headrest that fully recline, along with large, flat-screen TV’s playing nonstop sports programming and feature unique, sports-themed décor.

Construction is scheduled to begin soon, with an aggressive timeline to bring these new locations to life.

Niagara Wheatfield Central School District partners with Concept Construction to oversee Major Multi-School renovations for every school in it’s district.

Niagara Wheatfield, NY — Work is scheduled to begin at 2292 Saunders Settlement Rd. with the demolition of the high school shop and art rooms. The scope also includes extensive renovations to the pool area and comprehensive interior upgrades.

The overall project spans multiple sites across the district, bringing much-needed improvements and updates to every school facility.

Construction commenced in late June 2025. Concept Construction will oversee all phases of the work, with full project completion scheduled for fall 2026.

Concept Construction starts Multi-School Renovations and Additions Orchard Park School District

Orchard Park, NY — Concept Construction Corp. is proud to announce the launch of a district-wide renovation and addition project for the Orchard Park Central School District.

Work is currently underway at several school buildings, including the Middle School at 5180 Ellicott Road, where demolition is complete and a new classroom wing is currently under construction. At the High School, upgrades include the addition of a new art room and the transformation of existing space into a modern computer center. With site excavation complete, foundations are set and structural steel is now being erected.

“This is now an active site,” said Vince Ricotta, Vice President of Business Development at Concept Construction. “We’re on schedule and excited to share that today, that the initial, steel framework is swinging perfectly into place.” As planned, this multi-phased project which began on June 2, 2025. Phase I is expected to be completed by late August.

We’re excited to announce that Concept Construction has begun major renovations and a new addition project, at JFK High School for the Cheektowaga-Sloan Union Free School District!

Located at 305 Cayuga Creek, Cheektowaga, NY, this project started on May 19, 2025, with completion anticipated by late summer 2025. The work covers renovations and upgrades across three campus buildings, including a new ground-up concession building addition. Key tasks include masonry restoration, interior renovations, exterior framing, and construction of the new addition, all aimed at improving both the function and appearance of the campus.

Concept Construction has a proud history of supporting Western New York’s public schools with quality construction, from new builds to renovations and facility upgrades.

We’re proud to share that Concept Construction Corp has officially broken ground on a multi-site project for the Amherst Central School District.

As the selected General Contractor, our team began site work on June 2, 2025, with foundation work already underway the concrete footers are being poured today!

Project Highlights Across the District:

  • Windermere Elementary – (4) new Universal Pre-K classrooms, exterior improvements, and miscellaneous renovations
  • Smallwood Drive Elementary – Main office upgrade and site improvements
  • Amherst Middle School – Interior and mechanical system upgrades
  • Amherst High School – New, ground-up construction of a concession building

Completion is scheduled for Fall 2026.
