April 10, 2026, Hamburg, NY – Concept Construction Corp, is proud to announce that they have been selected as the general contractor, to perform significant interior renovations at Union Pleasant School, located at 150 Pleasant Avenue in Hamburg.

The project, which started in March, will focus on multiple key spaces within the school. Much attention will be given to upgrading their music class rooms, new science class rooms, new baths. The project focuses on a variety of upgrades with a focus on arts and sciences. “Much attention will be spent on restoring the 2 beautiful auditoriums, with a focus on restoring the existing woodwork, states Vince Ricotta, VP Business Development at Concept Construction.” Adding, “new comfortable seats, a new floor, modern ceiling, acoustics and lighting, are all part of the upgrades.”

These enhancements are part of a multi-phase effort to support student’s introductions to sciences and the arts. Concept Construction is honored to continue our partnership with the Hamburg School System and remains dedicated to delivering exceptional, high-quality construction that strengthens our educational communities, throughout Western New York. Estimated completion scheduled Q4 2027.
