Orchard Park, NY — Concept Construction Corp. is proud to announce the launch of a district-wide renovation and addition project for the Orchard Park Central School District.
Work is currently underway at several school buildings, including the Middle School at 5180 Ellicott Road, where demolition is complete and a new classroom wing is currently under construction. At the High School, upgrades include the addition of a new art room and the transformation of existing space into a modern computer center. With site excavation complete, foundations are set and structural steel is now being erected.
“This is now an active site,” said Vince Ricotta, Vice President of Business Development at Concept Construction. “We’re on schedule and excited to share that today, that the initial, steel framework is swinging perfectly into place.” As planned, this multi-phased project which began on June 2, 2025. Phase I is expected to be completed by late August.
