Construction Manager
Concepts services in this method of construction include budgeting, vendor selection, subcontractor
Bidding, input of design method, availability of man power, equipment etc.  Concept would run your job in a managerial method only, doing no field work ourselves.  All contracts are written between the owner and the subcontractors.  Concept Construction Corporation would have no responsibility to the subcontractor financially; we would only be running the job for you the owner.

Site Development
Concept Construction services in this method include, site clearing, grubbing and excavation, storm sanitary sewers, building pads etc.  Our extensive knowledge in grades and layout along with a common sense approach has served many owners well.

Metal Buildings
Concept is a certified dealer and provides erection services for Butler Manufacturing Metal Building and Metallic Metal Buildings of any size, shape or design.  With our ability to provide site and foundation services associated with a complete design for your project.

Design / Build
This is a one stop system where Concept Construction through its years of experience puts together from an outline of wants that the owner provides.  A design team, including all architectural services, engineering systems, all mechanical needs, budgeting costs, estimating, etc.  Also all preplanning with towns and utilities.  We include all budget costs, estimating, construction management and actual in the field “hands on” construction.  In other words, you tell us what you want and we put together a price and design and turn over a completed job  where you deal with one entity only.

General Construction
This is the most traditional tried and true method of construction and Concept has excelled in for over 32 years, and we have continued to be one of the top five general contractors in the Western New York areas.  Concept’s services in this method include, estimating, project management and the actual “hands on” work from when the first shovel goes in the ground to the owner cutting the ribbon.
